About me

Over the last 20 years , I have been coaching individual executives and leadership teams, across industry sectors and geographies including UK, US, Europe and Asia. Client companies range from Founder/CEO, PE backed, medium sized enterprises to large global corporations. They operate in Software, IT Services, Media, Publishing , Digital Marketing and Pharma.

I combine deep expertise in leadership development with 30 years of commercial experience in complex, global organisations, as a senior executive, management consultant and co-founder of a successful global coaching business.

Prior to founding Curious Leader, I was Chief Learning Officer for Aon. My responsibilities included recruitment, assessment and development of senior leaders and top level organisation design.

Previously, as a senior management consultant with a leading global firm, I led complex change programmes, including the redesign and restructuring of organisations and implementation of organisation change across international geographies.

For seven years, from 2006 to 2012, I served as a member of the Advisory Board of Lancaster University Management School.

Since 2006, I have been a fully accredited Master Executive Coach with the Association of Executive Coaches and Supervision ( APECS). APECS is the top-level professional accreditation body for Executive Coaching in the UK.

My formal qualifications and accreditations are:

  • APECS Accredited Master Executive Coach

  • BA(Hons) in Business Economics.

  • Accredited at Advanced Level and highly experienced in the use of a range of instruments including: Hogan Surveys (full suite); Leadership Development Framework (LDF) Myers Briggs (Step 1 & 2); Firo B

  • Certificated facilitator in Systemic Organisation & Family Systems Constellations.

  • Completed trainings in Ontological Coaching & Leadership.

One to one coaching typically takes place online or face to face in Central London. Team coaching is face to face in Central London or at locations agreed with client.
