What’s involved in our Executive Coaching Programme

“We have an initial meeting online. This enables you to experience a coaching session with me and explore how you would benefit from us working together.

My clients commit to work with me initially for 6-12 months.

We agree objectives at an early stage.

I tailor a programme for you , based on your specific priorities and agreed objectives.

I may recommend that we get additional input to inform our programme. That could be from selected colleagues and stakeholders, and may also involve using tool such as the Hogan Personality Inventory.

Frequency and duration of sessions are tailored to your requirements.

  • They range from one to two hours and frequency from fortnightly to monthly.

  • You have unlimited email contact with me.

  • Coaching sessions take place “online” using, Teams or your preferred video conferencing platform or a blend of “online” and “in-person”, subject to accessibility of meeting venues.

  • Wherever possible our first session is face to face.

  • Our work will be results focused .

We continually review progress against objectives, to grow your leadership capability, to:
