I will coach you and your teams to be more curious, to stand in different places, look through new lenses and gain new insights.

Through this work, you will become more aware about what causes you to show up at your best, what causes you to screw up and what to do about it. As you better appreciate all of this, you will grow as leaders.

In a safe, confidential space, I challenge and support you to look within and discover what’s really important to you and be bold in embracing new ways of leading that may take you out your comfort zones.  

Leading a business can be tough right now. I will encourage you, at times, to be imaginative , finding inspiration beyond the world of business.

It’s also about having humility, acknowledging when you don’t have all the answers. Then seeking to understand how you can best provide the leadership your colleagues need to thrive and succeed

Our work together will be results focused. You and your colleagues will develop practices that enable you to continuously grow your ability to lead. 

Executive Coaching

Developing and nurturing curiosity underpins my one-to-one leadership coaching.

I typically work with CEOs and senior leaders when they face new challenges such as: Leading culture and organisation change; Taking up new leadership roles or increasing the breadth and depth of their current role; Developing a high performing leadership team; Merging organisations; Preparing for IPO, Company Sale or Acquisition; Working with a new Chairman, Board or with new Investors.

My coaching clients are senior business leaders based in UK and internationally, including Europe, US, Middle East and Far East.

 

What’s involved in our Executive Coaching Programme

We have an initial meeting online. This enables you to experience a coaching session with me and explore how you would benefit from us working together.

  • My clients commit to work with me initially for 6-12 months.

  • We agree objectives at an early stage.

  • Where your organisation has contributed to an initial briefing we will take their input into account as we shape our objectives.

I tailor a programme for you , based on your specific needs and agreed objectives. Sometimes I recommend that we get some additional input to inform our programme. That could be from selected colleagues or using a tool such as the Hogan Personality Inventory.

  • Frequency and duration of sessions are tailored to your requirements.

  • They range from one to two hours and frequency from fortnightly to monthly.

  • You have unlimited email contact with me.

  • Coaching sessions are online, on your preferred platform.

  • Wherever possible our first session is face to face.

  • Our work will be results focused .

We continually review progress against our objectives to grow your capability to lead organisations that deliver value for all stakeholders, where talented people thrive and where your own role is more fulfilling.

Team Coaching

I work with leaders who have bold ambitions for their businesses and recognise the need to raise the performance of their leadership team.

I coach your team to become more curious by “Looking in” and “Looking out”.

Looking in” , your team become aware of their culture, their shared values and appreciate the team’s strengths, as a whole.

“Looking out” , they build a strong commitment to the results they need to deliver for all of their stakeholders and common understanding of what makes them and their organisation distinctive.

I then coach your team to translate this mutual appreciation and commitment into results.

First step is clarifying your challenges, requirements, priorities and what will success look like. I do this through a combination of team diagnostics which are tailored to your needs. These include focussed interviews with members, other colleagues and stakeholders, observing and feeding back on the team in action. Teams also gain useful insights from the Team Survey Tools showing the their Shared Values Strengths and Potential Derailers.

The work we do is typically based on structured sessions to work through key issues together and one-to-one coaching between these sessions.

The way we work stimulates curiosity, generates shared insights, helping you ,as a team, discover creative ways of effectively meeting your challenges that deliver commercial results whilst also having some fun together.
